Roadmap
Features we are building now or plan to build. The order and details may change.
In progress
Solver-based play, across more game formats
Right now, reviews are grounded in solver strategy for heads-up flop and turn spots. We are expanding it so you get the same grounding at more table sizes and stack depths.
- 6-max and 9-max tables, and tournaments with antes
- A wider range of stack depths, from short stack to deep stack
- Solver-based preflop charts for 9-max and BB ante tables
Review optimization
We are tuning reviews so they say only what fits the hand you just played.
- Checking the poker knowledge the coach uses one piece at a time to cut advice that doesn't fit
- Reading the true strength of your hand on the board and the opponent's actual line more accurately
- Explaining the gap between your plan and your choice in fewer, clearer words
A faster, lighter app
We are optimizing the app so screens open faster and run lightly on phones.
- Cutting the time it takes for pages and hands to open
- Cutting the wait before a review appears
- Loading past records quickly for accounts that have been used for a long time
Up next
Expand spot practice scenarios
We plan to add more situations and opponent combinations you can choose from in spot practice.
More languages
We plan to expand beyond the eight languages we support today.
Open for the long term
This is a direction we are keeping open over the long term. No timing has been set yet.
Live solver for every spot
Rather than relying on spots solved in advance, we aim for a solver that works out any spot you face on the spot and shows it as the basis for your review.
Agentic advanced coach
A coach that looks up the solver and your records on its own and runs the calculations, working through several steps to answer even a single question in depth.
Review hands you played elsewhere
Import hand history files from other poker sites, so you can review those hands with your coach using solver evidence, the same way you review hands played in Slowplay.
Node-lock-based exploits
We plan to use methods like node-locking to build your opponents' actual tendencies into the solver, and then find the play that beats them best.
Expanded tournament prep package
We plan to expand tournament prep support so you can get ready for an upcoming event in one place, matched to its structure and stack depth.
Risk and bankroll management tool integration
We plan to connect risk management and bankroll management tools directly to Slowplay, so you can use them alongside your practice in one place.
Collaboration with pro players
We are keeping the door open to collaborate with pro players to build practice and review together.
