Paid credits, Slowplay Pass (the subscription) and the Founder 10-year pass can be bought only when an order button appears on the Credits page. When they are on sale, Polar processes the payment as the seller (Merchant of Record). The detailed conditions follow “Credits, payment and refunds”, “Slowplay Pass subscription” and “Founder 10-year pass” below.
2. Nature of the service
Slowplay AI is an educational and entertainment role-playing service in which a single user plays several Texas Hold'em practice hands against fictional AI opponent characters and a coach NPC, and reviews their own decisions. The opponents and the coach are not real people, and there is no feature to play or trade with other users.
3. No gambling, exchange or cash-out features
- Simulation chips
- Poker actions such as bet, call and raise, and the chips on the table, only represent the state of a practice hand. They have no monetary or property value, and you cannot buy, sell, transfer, exchange or withdraw them.
- Slowplay AI credits
- A prepaid service unit for using AI processing features. Credits are not staked on the outcome of a hand or on poker actions, do not increase with wins or decrease with losses, and you cannot send them to another person or exchange them for prizes or cash.
- Prohibited external transactions
- You must not use Slowplay AI to recruit real-money games, or to propose side bets, settlements, remittances, exchanges, purchases on behalf of others or credit trading.
The educational content and AI feedback in Slowplay AI do not guarantee real poker results, profit or the avoidance of losses, and are not financial or investment advice.
4. AI characters and role-playing
Character and coach replies are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or unexpected, so do not treat them as professional advice or as information that guarantees real results.
- Character names, personalities, relationships, emotional expressions and lines are fictional and do not represent a real personality or consciousness.
- The AI may state game rules or facts incorrectly. For the actual game state, the information confirmed by the deterministic engine takes precedence.
- Solver results are valid only within the stated supported scope and assumptions. Do not read a range marked "cannot be analyzed" as an estimate.
- Do not enter passwords, financial information, health information or sensitive information that could identify you or others in character conversations.
5. Eligibility and accounts
- Product features, including AI play, coaching, credits and payments, are available only to people who are at least 18 years old and who also meet the minimum age set for the country they select. The higher of the two ages applies. Sign-in information and account records may be created before your age is determined.

- Before you use product features for the first time, you must declare your date of birth and the country where you use the service. Slowplay AI determines your eligibility by comparing the declared date of birth and country. It does not use ID checks or an external age verification provider.
- If you do not declare your date of birth or country, or if you do not agree to the adult confirmation, the terms or the privacy policy, you cannot use product features such as AI play and coaching. You can still view the public landing page, the policies and product descriptions.
- An account that does not meet the criteria, or that selects an unsupported country, cannot use product features. If you believe the determination is wrong, you can contact js@lysners.com and request a manual review by our staff. You cannot override a restricted determination on screen yourself.
- We keep the age determination result, the selected country, the minimum age applied, the self-declaration method, the time of confirmation, and the policy and consent versions for as long as the account exists, to confirm eligibility and handle inquiries. To delete your account, please send a request by email. We may keep information that the law requires us to retain for the required period. For details, see the privacy policy.
- If the version of the age policy, the terms or the privacy policy changes, you must review the latest content and give any required consent again before you continue to use product features. You cannot lift a restricted determination by declaring again on the account screen. You must request a review by our staff.
- You must keep your registration information accurate and must not share your account credentials with anyone else.
- If you become aware of unusual access to your account, you must notify the operator immediately.
- Automated accounts, transferring or selling accounts, and shared use of one account by several people are not allowed.
6. User input and rights
You keep your rights in the content you write, such as text commands and inquiries. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content and for ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of others, including privacy, copyright and reputation.
You grant Slowplay AI a non-exclusive license to store, copy and process your content only to the extent necessary to provide the service, save and restore conversations, and investigate safety issues. This license ends when you delete the content, except to the extent needed for legal retention or security backups. Slowplay AI does not publish your conversations.
7. Prohibited conduct and content
- Illegal acts, recruiting for or settling real-money gambling, fraud, money laundering, or specifically assisting any of these
- Content that sexually exploits children or minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that promotes serious violence or self-harm
- Hate, harassment or threats, impersonating others, and disclosing personal information without consent
- Infringing the rights of others, including copyright, trademark and image rights
- Malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing access controls, excessive automated requests, scraping, or disrupting the service
- Attempting to deceive AI safeguards or the supported scope in order to repeatedly generate prohibited output
- Bypassing coupon use limits, such as creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to redeem the same coupon repeatedly
8. Safety measures, reports and appeals
For safety and service integrity, Slowplay AI may restrict or warn about input or output, delete problematic content, and temporarily or permanently restrict access to features or accounts. Unless there is an urgent risk or a legal obligation, we will explain the reason for the action and how to appeal, to the extent possible.
You can report violating or unsafe AI responses to js@lysners.com. The detailed criteria follow the Safety and responsible use policy.
9. Credits, payment and refunds
When we sell paid credits, the order screen shows the product name, the credits granted, the price in each currency, the payment method and the conditions for withdrawal of the purchase. The price is the amount shown when you place the order. Depending on your country of payment, tax may be included in the price or added to it. The final amount, including tax, is shown on the Polar payment screen before you complete the payment.
Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar") processes payments as the seller and reseller. The Polar buyer terms also apply to transactions and billing on the Polar payment screen, and these terms govern the conditions of use for credits. Polar and its payment processors handle payment method information such as card details. Slowplay AI does not collect or store it.
- Credit packs (paid credits) are a one-time purchase, with no recurring billing or automatic renewal. The only product that renews automatically is the “Slowplay Pass subscription” below.
- Credits are a unit of service for using AI features. They are not cash or a deposit. They have no property value outside the service, and you cannot transfer them to another person, sell them, offer them as collateral or withdraw them.
- Paid credits have no fixed expiration date. Free credits received through a coupon can be used for 30 days from the grant date. The daily free allowance refills at midnight Korean time and does not carry over to the next day.
- You can receive free credits by entering a coupon code issued by the operator. Each account can use a coupon only once. Each coupon has a validity period and a limited quantity, so you cannot redeem it after the period ends or once all of the quantity has been used. The operator may end or withdraw the use of coupons that have not yet been used. Credits received through a coupon are also free credits, so they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded. The expiration period of credits you have already received stays the same even if the coupon ends.
- We may reclaim coupon credits received in violation of these terms as a measure against prohibited conduct.
- Returning from the payment screen alone does not grant credits. We grant credits once only, for an order whose payment completion has been confirmed.
- You can withdraw a purchase of unused paid credits within 7 days of the payment date. Withdrawal is restricted for credits you have used. The refund amount, the recovery of credits and the request method follow the Cancellation and refund policy and mandatory law.
10. Slowplay Pass subscription
Slowplay Pass ("Pass") and Slowplay Pass x2 ("Pass x2") are subscription products that renew automatically on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. You can buy them only when the corresponding order button appears on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record, in the same way as for credits, and the Polar Buyer Terms apply as well. Pass is priced at KRW 4,900 per week (USD 3.49), KRW 13,900 per month (USD 9.99) and KRW 118,800 per year (USD 84.99). Pass x2 is priced at exactly twice the Pass price for the same period: KRW 9,800 per week (USD 6.98), KRW 27,800 per month (USD 19.98) and KRW 237,600 per year (USD 169.98). You are charged in the currency and amount shown on the order screen. The currency is set by your country. It is shown in Korean won (KRW) for South Korea, Malaysian ringgit (MYR) for Malaysia, Philippine peso (PHP) for the Philippines and Singapore dollars (SGD) for Singapore, and in US dollars (USD) for all other countries. If you have not yet declared a country, the currency is set by the display language. You cannot choose a currency separately when you place an order. Depending on the country of payment, tax may be included in the price or added to it. The final amount including tax is shown on the Polar checkout screen before you complete payment.
While Pass and Pass x2 are active, you can use the service as follows. The Founder pass has the same terms, except for the size of the usage allowance.
- Pass includes a weekly usage allowance. Pass x2 includes 2 times the weekly allowance of Pass, and the founder pass includes 5 times the weekly allowance of Pass. Each use draws the same amount from the allowance, regardless of the type of use. Credits are not deducted for use within the allowance. We do not display the absolute size of the allowance. You can check the remaining percentage on the credit page. The rules on "Prohibited conduct and content", including those on automated accounts and excessive automated requests, continue to apply.
- The allowance refills every 7 days. The cycle is based on the start time of the Pass and is unrelated to calendar weeks or the renewal date. For a Pass that starts with a free trial, the 7-day cycles are counted from when the trial starts. When the trial ends and the first payment is made, the allowance starts afresh from that time, and 7-day cycles are counted from then. For the Founder pass, 7-day cycles are counted from when you pay. The next reset time is shown on the credits page. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next cycle.
- Once you have used up your allowance, each later use deducts 1 credit. A single use is covered entirely by the allowance or entirely by credits, and is never split between the two. A question that fails or gets no answer uses neither allowance nor credits. If you do not have enough credits, you cannot make the use, and we show you the next reset time. A Pass does not grant credits. You can still buy credit packs separately, as you do now.
- For changes that are unfavorable to you, such as reducing the weekly allowance or increasing the amount of allowance used by each type of use, we give notice by email at least 30 days before the effective date, as under "Price changes" below. Where your consent is required, we apply the change after obtaining it.
- A Pass is a service entitlement linked to your account. Like simulation chips and credits, it has no monetary or property value. You cannot transfer or sell it to another person, or exchange it for money or cash it out. The adults-only terms of use and the principle that there is no real-money gambling feature also apply to the Pass.
- Automatic renewal
- Pass starts on the date of your first payment. Weekly plans renew every 7 days, monthly plans every month, and annual plans every 1 year, automatically and until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to the same payment method. The renewal payment is taken on the day your term ends, and the renewal amount is the list price shown when you subscribed (even if you used a discount code, the discount applies only to the first payment, and the procedure for changing prices follows "Price changes" below). Taxes may vary depending on your country of payment and the applicable tax rate.
- Payment method and receipts
- You change your card or other payment method in the Polar customer portal, and you also find your receipts and your next payment date there. For the annual Pass, Polar sends a reminder email 7 days before renewal, but there is no advance renewal email for the weekly and monthly Pass, so please check your next payment date in the portal.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time in the Polar customer portal, which opens from the subscription management button on the Credits page. Cancelling is no harder than signing up, and we do not require a phone call, a visit or separate approval. If you cannot use the button, you may also ask by email at js@lysners.com. After you cancel, you are not charged from the next renewal, and your Pass benefits remain until the end of the usage period you have already paid for. Cancelling alone does not refund the amount you have already paid.
- Price changes
- If we raise a fee or convert free use to a paid subscription, we will email you the date and time of the change, the prices before and after, and the payment method at least 30 days before the effective date. Within the 30 days before the change takes effect, we will also obtain your consent under Article 13(6) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and we will explain the conditions, method and effect of cancelling the change or terminating your subscription. We will not apply a price increase or paid conversion for which we have not obtained your consent. We will give advance notice in the same way of any change that is unfavorable to you, such as a reduction in weekly usage. If you do not consent, you may terminate at any time before the change takes effect, and the price of a usage period you have already paid for will not change. For notice and consent when a free trial ends and the first payment begins, see "Free trial" below.
- Failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails, Polar notifies you by email and guides you to change your payment method in the customer portal. While the payment has failed, your Pass benefits are suspended and those features use credits again. Polar retries the payment 2, 7, 14 and 21 days after the failure (and retries right away if you change your payment method), and the subscription ends if every retry fails or a reason is found that means a retry cannot succeed (such as a lost card). If a payment succeeds, your Pass benefits start again. For a weekly Pass, whose retry period is longer than one usage period, more than one unpaid order can remain, and in that case all of them must be paid before the subscription becomes active again. The retry schedule may change under Polar's policy.
- Withdrawal and refunds
- If you have not used the Pass within 7 days of the first payment date, you can receive a full refund on the weekly, monthly and annual plans alike. For a Pass you have used, or for a renewal payment, we do not refund the fee for the usage period that has already started, except where the law provides otherwise, and cancelling only stops later renewals. The detailed criteria and how to request are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy, and the criteria for withdrawal and refunds of credit packs do not change.
- Free trial
- An account subscribing to a weekly, monthly or annual Pass for the first time can use a 3-day free trial. The free trial is available only for Pass. Pass x2 and the Founder pass have no trial. The trial is limited to one per account. It does not apply to an account that already has a Pass subscription history or has paid for a Founder pass, or to a case where the same email or the same card has already been used for a trial. In those cases, payment is made immediately with no trial. To start a trial, on the subscription order screen you must check the trial period, the first payment date (the day the trial ends) and amount, the fact that the subscription then renews automatically, and how to cancel, and you must agree by ticking a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected. This consent is obtained within 30 days before the first payment, in accordance with Article 13(6) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. You must register a payment method even during the trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can use the Pass weekly allowance as is. On the day the trial ends, the first payment is made automatically with the registered payment method, and the weekly allowance starts afresh from the time of the first payment. After that, the subscription renews under "Automatic renewal" above until you cancel. Polar sends a reminder email before the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends in the Polar customer portal, which opens from the manage subscription button on the credits page, you are not charged anything and can keep using Pass until the trial ends. Use during the trial is free, so it is not treated as "use" that limits the right of withdrawal. The 7-day withdrawal period is counted from the day the trial ends and the first payment is made. For details, see the cancellation and refund policy.
- Discount codes
- You can enter a discount code shared by a creator or affiliate partner on the subscription order screen for weekly, monthly or annual Pass and Pass x2. Only one code can be used per subscription order, and one account can use the same code only once. The discount applies only to the first payment (if you start with a free trial, the first payment charged after the trial ends). Renewal payments are charged at the regular price shown on the order screen. Codes cannot be used for credit packs or the Founder pass, and cannot be combined with other discounts. A code may become unusable when it expires, when its usage limit is reached or when the operator suspends it. The order screen shows both the discounted first payment amount and the regular price, and refunds are based on the amount you actually paid.
- Plan changes
- A change from Pass to Pass x2 takes effect immediately. Polar calculates the price difference for the remaining usage period on a prorated basis and charges it right away. Your weekly usage allowance becomes the Pass x2 allowance from the moment you make the change, and usage you have already spent in the current period still counts. If you upgrade to Pass x2 during a free trial, the trial ends immediately because Pass x2 has no trial, and the Pass x2 price is charged at that point. We tell you this and obtain your consent on the screen before the change. A change from Pass x2 to Pass, and a change of billing cycle (weekly, monthly or annual) within the same tier, takes effect from the next renewal and is not refunded. Until then, your current plan and usage allowance remain in place. The scheduled effective date appears on the credit page. An account with a Pass or Pass x2 subscription can also buy a founder pass. The founder pass starts when you pay, and the subscription continues to be billed until you cancel it. While both are active, the larger usage allowance applies and the two are not added together. An account that holds a founder pass cannot buy Pass or Pass x2. If you cannot make a change on the credit page, you can make it under subscription management in the Polar customer portal.
11. Founder 10-year pass
The Founder 10-year pass (the "Founder pass") is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel, and you will not be charged again after payment. You can buy it only while the Founder pass order button is shown on the plans page. As with credits and Pass, Polar processes the payment as the Merchant of Record, and the Polar buyer terms also apply. The price rises with the number of passes sold, as set out under "Price tiers" below, and the currency and amount shown on the order screen are charged once. The currency depends on your country. It is shown in Korean won (KRW) for South Korea, Malaysian ringgit (MYR) for Malaysia, Philippine peso (PHP) for the Philippines, Singapore dollars (SGD) for Singapore, and US dollars (USD) for all other countries. If you have not yet declared a country, it depends on the display language. You cannot choose the currency separately when you place an order. Depending on your country of payment, tax may be included in the price or added to it. The final amount including tax is shown on the Polar checkout screen before you complete payment.
- Term of use
- You can use the benefits below for 10 years from the payment date. The benefits end after the 10 years.
- Benefits
- While it is active, you get a weekly usage allowance exclusive to the Founder pass, set at 5 times the Pass allowance (in 7-day periods counted from the payment date). Usage is counted for each type of use in the same way as under Pass above. Once you use up the allowance, each further use deducts 1 credit, as under Pass above. You also get early access, which lets you try new features before they are officially released, and an invitation to a private Founder-only channel for talking directly with the operator. The Founder pass has no free trial and does not grant credits. The rules under "Prohibited conduct and content", such as those on automated accounts and excessive automated requests, the adult-only terms of use, and the principle that there are no real-money gambling features, continue to apply.
- Not included
- Features of higher tiers (tier 2 and tier 3) that we add later are not included in the Founder pass, and we may offer those features on separate conditions and at a separate price.
- Number of seats
- The Founder pass is limited to 1,000 seats in total, and it is no longer sold once they sell out. An order in progress can hold a seat temporarily, so the remaining quantity shown may change. A seat is confirmed only for an order whose payment has been confirmed as complete.
- Price tiers
- The Founder pass price rises in 4 tiers according to the number of seats sold. Seats 1 through 100 cost KRW 449,000 (USD 319.99). Seats after 100 through 300 cost KRW 590,000 (USD 419.99). Seats after 300 through 600 cost KRW 790,000 (USD 559.99). Seats after that through the last seat cost KRW 990,000 (USD 699.99). Users in Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore are charged the amount for the applicable tier shown in ringgit, pesos or Singapore dollars, and you can see that amount on the order screen. The price of the tier that the seat belongs to when you create the order applies, and the amount of an order whose payment is complete does not change if the price rises later. A seat is not confirmed for any amount other than the one shown on the checkout screen.
- Non-transferable
- The Founder pass is linked only to the one account that bought it. You cannot move it to another account or transfer or sell it to another person. Like simulation chips and credits, it has no monetary or property value and cannot be exchanged or cashed out.
- Withdrawal and refunds
- If you have not used it within 7 days of the payment date, you can get a full refund. The pass then ends immediately and the seat is returned. If you have used it, it is not refundable. However, if the operator ends the service or the Pass benefits before the 10 years are over, we refund an amount proportional to the number of full months remaining that you can no longer use. The detailed criteria and how to request a refund follow the cancellation and refund policy.
12. Service and intellectual property rights
Slowplay AI or its lawful licensors hold the rights to the Slowplay AI software, brand, scenario design, characters and coaches, UI and content created by the operator. These terms grant only a limited right for personal, non-commercial use. They do not permit copying, resale or the creation of derivative services without separate permission.
13. Service changes and suspension
Slowplay AI may improve or change features, and may suspend some of them for security, maintenance or legal reasons. We give advance notice, to the extent possible, of changes that significantly affect paid use. For unused paid entitlements, we provide measures in line with applicable law and the refund policy.
14. Scope of warranty and liability
Slowplay AI provides the service as reliably as possible, but it does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output, any specific learning result, uninterrupted availability or actual poker results. You should understand the limits of AI output and analysis and use them based on your own judgment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Slowplay AI is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages that are hard to foresee. However, this limitation does not apply to Slowplay AI's intentional acts or gross negligence, or to rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.
15. Governing law, changes to the terms and inquiries
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties give priority to resolving disputes by consultation. If a dispute is not resolved, it is settled in the court with jurisdiction under the applicable procedural law.
If the terms change, we publish the effective date and the main changes in the service and notify members by email. We give notice at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to members). Members who do not agree to a change may stop using the service before the effective date and request deletion of their account. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed terms. Inquiries: 리스너즈(lysners) · js@lysners.com
