Safety and responsible use

1. Service boundaries

Slowplay AI is an educational and entertainment role-play service for practicing poker decisions with fictional AI characters. You can't wager real money, deposit, withdraw, cash out, receive prizes, or send money between users.

Permitted experience

You play solo practice hands with fictional characters, review your poker decisions through conversation, and study educational content.

Features not provided

There is no multiplayer between people, real-money stakes or deposits, win-or-loss-based rewards, prizes, cash-out, currency exchange, money transfers, credit trading, or brokering of external gambling.

Betting as representation

Bets, calls, raises and chips in the game are simulated representations for practicing hold'em rules and have no monetary value.

2. Notice on AI and fictional characters

Character and coach replies are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or unexpected, so do not treat them as professional advice or as information that guarantees real results.

• Characters and coaches are not real people. Even when they express closeness, feelings or memory, they do not replace human relationships.
• AI messages are not the definitive views of the operator, and they may be wrong about facts, rules or strategy.
• Do not use the service as professional financial, legal, medical or mental health advice, or as a crisis response service.
• Game facts shown by the engine and the stated scope of solver support take priority over a character's free-form lines.

3. Personal information and emotional safety

• Do not enter passwords, verification codes, card or bank account details, resident registration numbers, exact addresses or health information.
• Do not enter other people's conversations, contact details, photos or private information without their consent.
• If an AI response makes you uncomfortable, or the line between reality and role-playing starts to blur, stop the conversation and take a break.
• If your play time or paid credit use becomes a burden on your life, stop immediately and ask a trusted person or a professional support organization for help.
• If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services, not a Slowplay AI character.

4. Prohibited content

• Sexual exploitation or sexualization of children or minors, or role-playing related to it
• Non-consensual sexual content, threats, stalking, severe harassment and hate speech
• Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or violence, or that specifically helps carry it out
• Content that helps carry out serious illegal acts such as fraud, hacking, money laundering or illegal drugs
• Recruiting for real-money poker, promoting external gambling sites, or proposing side bets, settlements or currency exchange
• Impersonating others, disclosing personal information without consent, or infringing intellectual property rights
• Bypassing safeguards, malicious automation, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting the service

5. Age protection

Slowplay AI product features, including AI play and coaching, are available only to people aged 18 or older who also meet the support requirements of the country they select. A login record may be created before age eligibility is confirmed, but you cannot access product features until you pass the check. A sign-in record may be created before your age is determined, but you cannot use product features, such as AI play and coaching or credits, until you meet the requirements. You report your own date of birth and country of use. We use your date of birth only to calculate your age, and we do not store it or write it to logs. This process is not an ID check or an external age verification. If you are determined to be under the age requirement or in an unsupported country, you cannot use product features. You also cannot use product features if you decline to provide this information or decline the required consent to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. 6. Prevention and enforcement

The current version has no automated content risk filter and no in-app reporting tool. We receive reports of problematic responses by email and review them. The server checks age eligibility and restricts product feature requests from accounts that do not meet the requirements. This restriction is a product access determination based on your self-reported information. It is not an independent verification of your identity or actual age.

When the operator takes action on a report, it considers the severity of the risk, whether it has recurred, the intent involved, and the impact on users and 3rd parties. Where there is a legal obligation or an immediate risk, the operator may retain records to the extent necessary and respond to lawful requests from the relevant authorities.

7. Reports and appeals

Please report dangerous AI responses, exposure of personal information, rights infringements, inducement to real-money gambling, or incorrect restriction measures to js@lysners.com. If possible, include the time it occurred, the screen or scenario name, the content at issue and the action you want.

8. Safety review and data

We review reported conversations and related technical records only to the extent necessary for handling reports, risk assessment, preventing recurrence and appeals. Processed items, retention, deletion and user rights follow the Privacy Policy. Slowplay AI does not use safety report information for ad targeting or sell personal information.

9. Policy changes and inquiries
