Weekly, monthly, and annual Pass and Pass x2 subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal, and you can keep using it until the period you paid for ends. The 10-year founder pass is a one-time payment, so there's no renewal and nothing to cancel.

The free trial is only for Pass. When the trial ends, your first payment goes out to the payment method you registered, and usage resets from that point. If you cancel before then, you won't be charged, and you can keep using it until the trial ends. The trial is once per account. Pass x2 and the Founder pass are charged right away, with no trial.

Once you've used up your usage, each use draws from credits until the next reset. If one use doesn't fit in your remaining usage, the whole cost is charged as credits without splitting. Usage resets every 7 days from when you started Pass (for the founder pass, from when you paid). After your Pass free trial ends and the first charge goes through, the count starts from that moment. This is not the calendar week or your renewal date, and unused usage doesn't carry over to the next week. Questions you couldn't answer and photos that couldn't be read use neither usage nor credits.
